Registration and handling fee of 4% and a local city tax of 4% apply to the booking amount and are not included in the rate.

Damage deposit € 150,00 ( Refund after checkout )

Key loss or no returning of keys will be charged with € 150,00. We will exchange all locks for security reasons.
